Pulled Meats: Curly’s hickory smoked barbecue is made with quality meats that are smoked for hours. Available with or without Curly’s savory sauce.
Ribs: Curly’s pork and beef ribs are meaty and tender. They’re slow cooked in Curly’s savory barbecue sauce and simple to heat and serve.
Cooked Sandwich Meats: Curly’s offers premium oven-roasted sandwich meats, including roast beef, corned beef and pastrami.
Premium Beef Entrees: Curly’s premium beef entrees, including pot roast and brisket, add a classic touch to menus.
Raw Meats: Half and full racks of Loinback and St. Louis-style ribs are available.
